Responsibilities :
- Management of the legality of all company land building assets, especially land (certification and management of ownership of land certificates
- Licensing Legality management, both new and periodic permits (OSS, KRK, SitePlan, IMB/PBG, Andallalin, K3 etc)
- Mastering legal regulations regarding contracts all related legal documents with contractors, consultants, and other third parties related to building construction such as drafting SPK, project licensing
- Have the ability to manage the entire project licensing process
- Handling Estate management on each project
- Received any complain from the customer related to property document and process
- Carry out the consumer mortgage process with the relevant bank and ensure that all requirements are met within a certain time limit! such as KPR
- Ensure that the signing of the Credit Agreement, PPJB & AJB occurs properly and correctly, according to the desired target
Qualification :
- Bachelor's or master's degree in law from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Legal, preferably in Real Estate
- Have a good skill of leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision making
- Strong managerial with effective problem solving
- Willing to work in Gading Serpong
